Straight answers
- Do I pay for my warehouse staff?
- No. Pickers, packers and drivers use the warehouse app on unlimited free seats, on every plan. You pay only for back-office people — the ones creating orders, invoices and payments. A distributor typically has four or five of those and thirty of the others, and charging for the thirty is how a rollout dies.
- Do I pay for my customers using the buyer app?
- No. Buyer accounts are free and unlimited on Growth and above. Every customer who orders from the app instead of WhatsApp saves your desk work — we are not going to charge you for that.
- Is the bill affected by how much I sell?
- No. There is no per-order, per-invoice or per-transaction charge. Your Ramadan or Diwali peak costs the same as a slow week, because a bill that spikes with your season gets cancelled in a bad month.
- Is VAT and GST compliance extra?
- It is in every plan, including Starter. UAE VAT, Saudi VAT and Indian GST invoicing, tax registers and a GSTR-1 export for Indian tenants. Selling correctness as an add-on is not a business we want.
- What happens after the trial?
- Fourteen days, no card. If you do not continue, your data stays exportable — items, customers, stock and transactions, as CSV. It is your business record, not our hostage.
- Can I move between plans?
- Up or down, at any time, and the change is prorated. Most businesses start on Starter to get their data in and move to Growth when they turn on the buyer app or a second location.
